Our Explorer Fund Drive Is Taking Off

The Queen Anne Elementary PTSA is excited to launch our annual Explorer Fund Drive. Between May 28th and June 14th, our goal is to raise $35,000 directly from our QAE Parent and Caregiver Community.
 
100% of the money raised will fund additional staffing at QAE for the 2024-25 school year. 
 
With the funds raised during our Explorer Fund Drive, we hope to provide the following for the 2024-25 school year:
  • 1 half-time Art/Maker Space Specialist - The district funds a half-time Art Specialist at QAE. By funding an additional half-time position, the PTSA enables QAE students to maintain their current access to our art/maker space classroom.
  • 1 Reading Specialist
  • 2 Classroom Tutors
  • 1 Playground Supervisor
