It’s been quite a year and our mental health is just as important as physical health. Consider some of these tips and tricks for ways to take care of ourselves and our Explorers each day.
Reading is a life skill and it is a powerful way to calm our bodies and our minds. Daily independent reading with just-right text builds stamina, persistence, skills, and confidence. Help every Explorer become a passionate reader and critical thinker.
