Teacher / motivational speaker / director of Camp No Limits, Carrie Davis, will be talking to our kids about "differences" this Friday at QAE. She was born without her left forearm, and speaks to school groups and amputees all over the country about how our differences make us special, stronger, etc.
Camp No Limits is a place where children without limbs, and their families, can spend a week each summer with other amputees learning how to use their new arms and legs, and finding out they are not alone in the world.
Camp No Limits is QAE PTSA's 3rd and final philanthropy of the year. If you are interested in donating to Camp No Limits:
- Checks should be made payable to Camp No Limits, and placed in Kristin Teske's mailbox in the office. Emails firstname.lastname@example.org with questions.
- Donate online: go to http://www.firstgiving.com/campnolimits/camp-no-limits-idaho-2013 and click "fundraise".
