Friends, coverage of "Crazy Town" is getting thin and, at times, is non existent. Wednesday and Friday are in the direst need of volunteers. Granted, as the weather worsens, we are seeing fewer pedestrians. However, we need to keep *each and every* one of our students safe who cross at this dangerous intersection.
Sooo, please check your calendars and see what shift(s) you can cover, then go to VolunteerSpot (http://tinyurl.com/CrazyTownSafety) to sign up. (Mr. Joe Bailey-Fogarty will continue scheduling the 4th & 5th grade crossing guards to the other sites around the school.)
Also, tying in with his recent traffic-related blog post and in order to help Mr. Elliott in his negotiations with the school district, city police and department of transportation, please report any traffic safety incidents you observe (or have observed) near the school during the thirty minutes before and after school.
Thank you for all you do for our school!
