Dear Queen Anne Elementary Families:

UPDATE: Thank you to everyone who has participated in the QAE Childcare Needs Survey. If you haven't taken the survey, please do! As our upper grades grow next year, our childcare provider, Kids Co. will lose ten (10) spaces in 2015-16, but will still offer onsite childcare.

Your input is critical so that Kids Co. and QAE can understand the demand for childcare services and work toward finding solutions to support families who rely on childcare services.

1) Please take our QAE Childcare Needs Survey. Whether you will use childcare or not, we need your feedback!

2) Let Kids Co. Know Your 2015-16 Childcare Needs

Currently Enrolled Families: Complete the 2015-16 Childcare survey sent home on 5/29. If you did not receive this form, please pick up a new one from Patrick Russell or a Kids Co. staff and complete it by Friday, 5th of June.

New Families: Please review and complete enrollment information at kidscompany.org. Please communicate your childcare needs to Patrick Russell, [email protected] by Friday, 5th of June.

**Please note: KidsCo is currently enrolling students for their Summer Program.**
